What if my host claimed no payment at check-in?

If your host claimed that did not receive your payment and you are having trouble at check-in, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your booking details: Ensure you booked the correct check-in date and spot. Verify all the details in your booking confirmation. You can find your booking details in the confirmation email. 
  2. Host payment timing: Be aware that hosts receive their payouts after your check-out date. You can refer the host to HERE for more details. If needed, suggest the host contact roadsurfer support for details about their payout.

If after communicating with your host you still require further support, please fill in your booking number and provide us with your contact number HERE. We will try to contact you as soon as possible.
