The booking is not completed if your payment cannot be processed successfully.
If you encountered issues while checking out on the payment page, this might be the reason:

- Your online payment method (Google Pay & ApplePay) is connected with an unsupported credit card type
- You’ve entered incorrect information of credit card number or CVC/CVV
- You did not authorize the payment (3-D Secure)
Please try booking again by following these tips:
- Use a Visa or Mastercard
- Make sure your credit card limit is not exceeded
- Make sure to authorize the payment with your bank
