How to get 5 stars reviews?

At roadsurfer, we found that guests feel confident and are more likely to book the spots with reviews. Spots with positive reviews converted bookings two times faster than the ones without a review.

We all know positive reviews help to build a positive online reputation for your business. Also, it helps to establish trust with potential customers and encourages guests to choose your spot over others. Asking guests for a review can be a delicate process, but there are four things you can do to approach it:

  • Timing is key:

Ask for a review at the right time, ideally when the guest has had a positive experience. This could be at check-out or in a follow-up message/ email a few days after their stay.

  • Be polite and courteous:

When asking for a review, be polite and courteous. Thank them for their stay, and let them know that their feedback is important to you.

  • Personalize the request:

Personalize the request for a review by addressing the guest by name and referencing something specific about their stay.

  • Follow-up:

If a guest has yet to leave a review after a few days, send a follow-up email politely reminding them and asking for feedback. Also, if guests like to share their photos with you, you can update and enrich your spot profile.

An example of a thank you message could be:

"Dear guest, thank you for staying at our spot. We are pleased to have had you and your family!
To help us improve and provide better experiences in the future, if you have any constructive feedback or tips on improving the spot, send us a direct message via roadsurfer chat or email.

If you want to share your satisfaction or your great experience on our spot, please write a review on roadsurfer spots! Hope to see you again, and safe travel! "

Remember that it's important to respect your guests' privacy and not pressure them to leave a review. You can pick up some important points and address some reviews professionally in your description; courtesy is also essential. It shows that you value your guests' feedback and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
