You have multiple options to price your spot.
- “All in one” price: The easiest way is to give your spot one fixed price that is valid for all seasons and includes one vehicle/tent and as many persons that fit into the vehicle. For this, you can use the base price (What is the base price?) option.
- High/ low season price: You can enhance your base price by using different season prices (How to set up season prices?). You can create up to 4 seasons throughout the year and charge a different price for every season. If your guests select a time frame that falls into one of your selected seasons, the set season price will “overwrite” the base price.
- Charge additional prices: If you want to charge for additional persons and/or offer a breakfast, you can use the add-on prices (How to set up additional prices?) option. Here, you can set up a price for adults and for children. To keep the feature simple and understandable, the age range for children is the same for all spots and cannot be changed. Also, you can set up a price for breakfast here.
- Offer different pitch categories: Finally, our category prices (How to set up spot category prices?) feature lets you set up different categories for your spot. You can differentiate between basic, premium, and deluxe categories. For example, the basic category could be a tent pitch, the premium category a 6m campervan pitch, and the deluxe category a 10m motorhome pitch. You can upload a picture and description for each category.
