You have full control over setting your spot price! When you offer a spot for the first time, it might be difficult to find out how much you can charge for your spot. Asking yourself the following questions might help you to make a pricing decision:
Q1- Where is my spot located?
Q2- What can I offer guests on my spot?
Q3- How are similar spots in my area priced?
All of these factors will influence your spot price. To make it easier, you can refer to our pricing scheme:
- €10-15: For a spot next to your house or on a meadow without services like electricity, water, and sanitary facilities.
- €15-25: For a spot with access to sanitary facilities and electricity and/or water.
Depending on the location, you can set the price higher or lower. For example, if your spot is in a breathtaking location with a view of the mountains or the sea, your guests will certainly be willing to spend a little more. - You can charge between 25-40€ if your spot is in an exceptional location and you offer additional special "treats" such as a pool, sauna, access to the wellness area, or exclusive use of sanitary facilities and/or the entire property.
