Once you reach the pricing section in your spot-creation process you will see that there are different customized pricing options. The base price is the foundation price of your spot.
There are two ways to use the base price for your spot:
- All-in-one price
You can use the base price as a fixed price for the vehicle including all persons that can travel in the camper. For example, a family of four (2 adults + 2 children) will sleep in the campervan overnight. - Use the base price with add-ons
You can use the base price together with the add-on prices for adults and children. Then, the base price is only valid for the vehicle and using the place overnight. Each guest can be charged extra which can be displayed through the “additional prices” feature. (How to set up additional prices for a spot?)
How to set the base price
- In the desktop web browser choose > Spots Dashboard > "Manage Spots"
- Click "Base Price" on the left side and set the default price per spot for the overnight stay.
- Click "Save and exit" for changes or click "Next" to add more information
