To effectively manage your bookings and minimize cancellations, it is crucial to maintain your calendar up to date. Roadsurfer spots only supports direct booking. By default, your calendar will be open and bookable for guests once it's active. ((Click here to know more about direct booking). If your spot is full or closed for bookings, you can manage your booking calendar on the desktop webpage.
1. Log into your roadsurfer host account under “Booking calendar.”
2. Click “Add spot occupancy,” select type- “All spots,” and click on “Next.”
3. Select the dates you wish to block by double-clicking on the first date and drag to the end date. You will see the selected dates shown on top, and please click “Next.”
4. You can put a note for the blocking reason for your reference (e.g., blocked for long-stay guests, on holiday, pitch in use, etc.) Your guest will not be able to see the note. Please remember to “Save” your change.
5. You will see the blocked dates in red and shown in the booking overview (Type- blocked).
