Yes! Your home is your castle - we definitely agree on that. This is why in every spot profile there is the section “House rules” where you can set your own rules for your spot. Setting rules creates better experiences for you and your guests. The house rule section will be shown on your spot page and can be used as a communication tool to your guests.
Whether it’s the night rest times, rules for garbage disposal or your own personal requirements, for example “don’t feed the horses”, you can add them all into the house rule field. While creating your spot, you will automatically be directed to the “house rules” section and can add the house rules.
As an orientation for you, most of our hosts mention the following points in their house rules:
- Day and night rest times so that all guests can relax and have a good night’s sleep
- Noise regulations for good togetherness
- Rules for garbage disposal to keep your spot clean
- Rules for dealing with animals if they are close to the spot
- Indications whether fire and/ or BBQ are allowed for maximum safety
In order to make your guests feel welcome and happy, we recommend to keep the house rules short and crisp and of course friendly 😊
