How can I contact the host after my stay?

If you need to contact your host after your stay, you can still use the contact data that you find in your booking confirmation:

  • The host's email address
  • The host’s phone number

The roadsurfer spots chat will be closed on your check-out day and will no longer be available.

Please make sure to only contact your host for urgent matters – for example, if you forgot something at the spot or if you both agreed on a refund.
