Who can leave a review?
Every guest with a completed booking has an opportunity to leave a review.
When does the review window open?
You can leave a review after 11 am on your check-out date of a confirmed booking. You will also receive a review reminder email from roadsurfer spots.
How do I leave a review?
If you have a completed booking, you can go to “My Bookings” to leave/edit a review for the spot.
You can also send your host a direct message via roadsurfer chat or personal email with some photos from the spot or your constructive feedback for the host to provide better experiences in the future.
