Your booking is always valid for one pitch, i.e., a campervan /motorhome, or, if you booked a tent spot, for a car + tent. This may require more space if you would like to bring a tent in addition to your vehicle (van, caravan, motorhome). We therefore ask you to get in touch with your host. If you would like to bring additional guests, we recommend the following:
First, you should check your booking confirmation to see your payment overview of the services booked. The spot prices consist of either of the following:

An “all-for-one" price: The payment overview shows no additional prices for adults, children, or dogs --> in this case, you paid for the pitch, and as many people as fit into your van (usually a couple or a family with children)
Should you travel with more than 2 adults (+ 2 children), we recommend you get in contact with your host and ask if you can bring more people or an additional tent. -
A base price + extra price for adults and/or children or dogs: You have already paid in advance for as many guests as you have planned to bring.
In this case, you cannot travel with more people than you have paid for or bring an additional tent. Please get in contact with your host and ask if you can bring more guests (adults/children/dogs). The surcharge must be paid on-site.
Please contact your host as early as possible if you have last-minute requests or requirements in order to make the necessary arrangements. Although hosts are usually helpful, they may encounter challenges, so timely communication is essential for smooth arrangements (How can I contact my host?).
