Most of our hosts are private individuals. We ask you to share your expected time of arrival with the host before your trip to ensure planning security for our hosts.
Please note: Every host communicates the individual possible check-in time with you on the spot profile page. We ask you to please note this information. Please do not arrive after the communicated check-in time and, in general, not after 8 pm unless it has been arranged with the host.
Before making a booking
Before you make a booking, carefully review the spot description to check the specified check-in time.
During the booking process
While completing your booking, include your expected arrival time in the field provided.
After a confirmed booking
After your booking, you'll receive the host's contact details in the booking confirmation.
You can get in contact with your hosts to communicate your check-in-time via
- Our roadsurfer spots chat, which you can access through your guest profile or your booking confirmation
- Phone – you will find the phone number of your host in the booking confirmation
- E-Mail – you will find your host’s email address in the booking confirmation.
