How to set up automated messages for my guests?

As a host, you have two helpful features for setting up automatic messages within your spot profile to ensure a seamless check-in process and an enjoyable experience. Here's how you can set it up:

    1. Under your spot profile page, under the general section and drag down on the page.
    2. You will see the option to set up pitch direction and house rule for your spots.

You can provide detailed check-in guidance or upload self-check-in information for your guests' smooth arrival. If you’d like to offer visual content, such as photos or videos, convert the document into a PDF file for your guest to download. This message is ONLY shown in the guest's confirmed booking email.

* Please note: The house rule will be displayed on your spot page for all guests or visitors to your page. The pitch direction is visible only after a guest confirms the booking. The guest's booking confirmation email will include both messages in the pitch direction (with any attached PDF files) and the house rules

If you prefer your guests to call or contact you after booking, you can specify this in the automatic message through house rules or pitch directions. Additionally, make sure your phone number is visible and contactable to guests.You can update your phone number in your spot hosting account profile.
