Should you need to cancel on short notice anyway, please follow these steps:
- Inform your host: you will find their contact data in the booking confirmation email, or you can check How can I contact my host?
- If you are still within the cancellation period (more than 7 days before the arrival): cancel via your profile
- If you are outside of the cancellation period (less than 7 days before the arrival): contact roadsurfer spots for the cancellation. Please note that a refund cannot be made, and also your paid service fees will not be refunded according to our cancellation policies.
