Once a booking has been paid and confirmed by a booking confirmation email, the booking is official and can NOT be changed. If you want to shorten or prolong a booking or stay at another spot, your current booking must be cancelled, and you need to make a new booking.

If your stay starts more than 7 days from now, our cancellation policies apply. FAQ- What is the spot guest cancellation policy?)
- Initiate a guest cancellation (How can I cancel a booking?) to receive an immediate refund of your payment, excluding the roadsurfer spots service fees.
- Re-book with the updated details and notify the roadsurfer spots support. Once the new booking is confirmed, we will refund the service fee already paid. Please note that if you do not have a new confirmed booking, the service fee will not be refunded as described in the Guest Cancellation Policy.
Stay starts in less than 7 days
For stays within the upcoming 7 days, cancellations are not possible. We suggest you contact your host for further support. (How can I contact my host?)
