How does the spot booking work for my guest?

Our booking system is a direct booking system, which means that all available spots are bookable up to minutes before arrival. This means maximum flexibility for your guests and no administrational effort for you in terms of accepting or rejecting bookings.

After your guest makes a booking including the payment, both you and your guest receive a booking confirmation email with details: spot location & address, contact data of the host & guest, and payment overview.

Booking requests don't need to be approved by the host prior to confirming the booking. If you are unable to host your guest, you can cancel the booking within the cancellation period. You can read everything about cancellations in this article: What is roadsurfer spots’ cancellation policy.

So, it is necessary that you decide beforehand for which period the spot is available and notes this accordingly in your booking calendar: How can I manage the availability of my spot?
