To push bookings for roadsurfer spots, we sometimes hand out discount codes for special events such as fairs. Also, a discount code can be used by a guest who has bought a campfire card* with us.
You have received a booking, and the payment overview contains a discount code (usually a digit code or a word in capital letters) and wonders what happens to your payout.
No worries! You will receive the total payout for the overnight stay, just as usual! We, roadsurfer spots, will compensate you for the amount that was saved through the discount code. The payout will reach your bank account as usual up to 7 days after the guests have checked out.
* The campfire card is our newest addition to roadsurfer spots - a discount card that can be bought in our roadsurfer shop to save 10% off every spots booking for the whole year 2023.
