What is the required information for my company details?

If you registered a business payout account, ensure the provided information is correct, and update if necessary. The business account will require a unique VAT, Tax ID, or registration number.

The following information is requested: Legal business full name/ Business registration address/ Business registration number/ Business email / Tax ID.

Business registration is your company's registration/ commercial number. Please make sure your input data is exactly the same as the document. Examples for each country:

Please input your company VAT ID/ TAX ID, NOT your personal Tax ID. For countries that have two Tax Identity Numbers available, provide either one. The tax identification and business registration numbers are the same for some countries. Example for each country:

If your company information can not be verified, Adyen will request a company document for verification. Navigate to your payouts account and under your business details. You can upload a valid company document.

The company registration document must be:

- Issued by a reliable, independent source (RIS) such as the national commercial register of the country where the business is registered.
- Issued within the last 12 months.

* If the company registration document is older than one year, it will not be accepted by our payment provider for security reasons. You can make a copy of the document with the current date (less than 12 months) and a handwritten signature and upload it again.

When you upload a company registration document, it must meet the following requirements:

- Allowed formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF (max. 2 pages)
- Minimum allowed size: 1 KB for PDF, 100 KB for other formats
- Maximum allowed size: 4 MB
