When searching for a spot, various criteria might determine which spot is your perfect destination.
Following, we show you how to use filters in both our web and app versions of roadsurfer spots:

Discover spots by destination/ travel dates: When getting to our homepage, you can search for camp spots below the “Find a Camping Spot.” Please provide your preferred destination, travel date, and your travel mode. Click on “Book now” to see all spots that are available in your search window.

Apply filters to match your needs: You see all available spots as well as a map of the area showing the spots as pins. Click on “More Filters” to narrow your search.
You have the option to specify your preferred "Location"- spot environment, "Activities"- what to do around the spot, "Facilities"- what you need at the spot, and "Surrounding area" to narrow down the search radius around your entered destination. Moreover, you can filter spots based on their price per night.

Search spot on the moving map: On the right-hand side, you have the map that shows you their location. If you have activated the “Filter on Move Map” mode on the top of the map, your search results will vary depending on the map section. So, if you move the map, you see other spots on the left side.

Discover spots by destination/ travel dates: In the roadsurfer spots app, you can enter your travel destination in the search bar. Then you get a map of the area, and if you scroll down, you see the detailed view of the spots that fit your search.
Click on the icon "" at the top of the page next to your preferred location. You will be able to edit the initial location, travel date, and accommodation category you put in the search bar.

Apply filters to match your needs: Use the quick filters at the top of the page for the facility. If you want to filter for more criteria, click on the filter icon in the top right corner.
Here, you have the possibility to filter spots by location, activity, and amenities. Click on “Search” to view the result on the map.
Feel free to play around with filters, and keep in mind that you are able to select multiple criteria to find your perfect spot! To save spots, you can click on the icon "" of each profile to collect them in your favorites section. You just need to have a roadsurfer spots guest profile and be logged in.
